Job Description

The Indian Hotels Company Limited is looking for Steward to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote hotel services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Steward or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is essential.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
