Job Description

As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the food service operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with tasks such as setting up and clearing tables - Maintaining kitchen cleanliness - Washing dishes and utensils - Supporting the kitchen staff with food preparation and delivery - Monitoring kitchen supplies and cleaning materials - Collaborating closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service It is essential to ensure the sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and dining spaces while following health and safety regulations diligently. Proper disposal of waste and recyclables according to hotel policies is key to maintaining a clean environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen support roles - Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards in food handling - Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills - Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with training and career development opportunities.
