Job Title: Restaurant Steward – Fine Dining

Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated Restaurant Steward to help deliver excellent guest service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate should be polite, hardworking, and have basic service knowledge with a good understanding of food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Always follow the restaurant’s service and cleanliness rules.
• Set up tables and chairs as per the reservation list.
• Make sure all table items, linen, cutlery, and glasses are clean and ready.
• Serve food and drinks politely and help guests when needed.
• Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave.
• Help the Captain and team during daily service.
• Keep your area clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Recommend dishes or drinks to guests to help increase sales.
• Avoid wastage and use supplies carefully.
• Maintain good hygiene, grooming, and follow food safety rules.
• Do any other work given by your supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward or 3 years as an apprentice.
• Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
• Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month (can be adjusted as per your scale)
