Steward

• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages as per service standards and presentation guidelines.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating when required.
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times through proactive service.

Service Standards & Quality

• Follow Espire Hospitality SOPs, grooming, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Ensure correct billing, KOT/BOT handling, and payment procedures.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Coordination & Teamwork

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Communicate guest feedback and operational issues to supervisors.
• Support colleagues during peak hours and assist in outlet operations.

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI where applicable).
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant qualification preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Industry: Hospitality background mandatory (Hotel / Resort / Restaurant).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service styles and basics of menu engineering.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and billing procedures.
