Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Ensure tables are properly set and clean before and after use. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and equipment. Assist with mise en place (preparation work) before the shift. Communicate guest feedback or concerns to the supervisor. Follow hygiene and safety standards as per company policies. Assist in stock checks and proper storage of items. Cooperate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service. Ensure billing and payment processes are handled correctly. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
