Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Steward role located in Puducherry. The Steward will oversee and maintain service standards by welcoming guests, managing food and beverage service, and ensuring customer needs are met. Responsibilities include setting up and clearing dining areas, coordinating with the kitchen team, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. The Steward will occasionally assist with staff training and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Skills in Food & Beverage service and Food Service, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Experience in Training to support and guide junior staff or new team members. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus. Prior experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
