Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and present menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
Handle billing and payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Prior experience in a restaurant/hotel is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented
Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
