Position: Female Steward
Department: Service / Front of House
Location: Bakery & Café – Balaji Arcade, Blue & Beyond Family Restaurant & Rooftop Lounge, Haridwar Bypass Road, Dehradun
Role Overview
The Female Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food & beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Assist customers with menu selectionTake orders accurately (manual or via billing/app)Serve food and beverages to tablesMaintain cleanliness of tables, serving area, and countersEnsure water/condiments/cutlery availability at tablesPack takeaway orders when requiredCoordinate with kitchen & barista to ensure quick serviceHandle billing support (optional, training will be provided)Maintain hospitality standards of the café
Skills & Requirements
✔ Good communication & polite behavior
✔ Basic understanding of service etiquette✔ Presentable & hygienic appearance✔ Teamworking attitude✔ Willingness to learn café service style
Experience:
Experience preferred but freshers with positive attitude are also welcome
Age group: 18 – 30 (preferred)
Work Schedule
10–12 hours shift (with breaks)
Weekly Off provided
