About Us:

Blue & Beyond is a popular family restaurant and rooftop lounge in Dehradun, known for its warm hospitality, delicious multi-cuisine menu, and scenic ambiance. We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team and ensure a smooth, delightful dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff during shifts.
• Greet guests, take feedback, and ensure their satisfaction.
• Train and guide waiters, stewards, and support staff in service standards.
• Manage table allocation, reservations, and guest flow effectively.
• Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service staff for timely order delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of the dining area.
• Handle guest complaints politely and resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain daily reports on service quality, feedback, and staff performance.
• Support management in planning and execution of special events or promotions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to handle busy shifts and maintain team discipline.
• Experience in POS/billing software (Petpooja knowledge is a plus).

Pay: ₹10,109.49 - ₹16,000.00 per month
