As a PEB Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality fabrication, shop, and

erection drawings for Pre-Engineered Building projects. The role requires close coordination with design,

production, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications, quality standards, and

delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in PEB detailing, excellent drawing

interpretation skills, and a clear understanding of fabrication and erection requirements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• No direct supervisory responsibility.
• Coordinates closely with Design Engineers, Production, QC, and Project teams.

Duties / Responsibilities:

1. PEB Detailing & Drawing Preparation

• Prepare

  Tekla Model, GA drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings

  for PEB structures.
• Develop detailed drawings for

  primary frames, secondary members (purlins, girts), bracings, and connections

  .
• Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with approved design inputs.

2. Coordination & Design Support

• Coordinate with PEB Design Engineers to understand design intent and resolve detailing issues.
• Incorporate client, consultant, and internal review comments in drawings.
• Support engineering and project teams during design freeze and execution stages.

3. Standards, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure drawings comply with IS codes, project specifications, and company detailing standards.
• Maintain drawing quality, consistency, and revision control.
• Support QA/QC teams by providing clarification on drawings when required.

4. Production & Erection Support

• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure drawing clarity and
• constructability.
• Assist erection teams by providing necessary drawing clarifications and updates.
• Prepare and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) for accuracy and optimization.

5. Documentation & Timelines

• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Deliver drawings as per project schedules and milestone requirements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Strong expertise in PEB detailing and steel structures.
• Excellent understanding of fabrication and erection practices.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in PEB detailing.
• Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Tekla Structures preferred.
• Basic understanding of structural design concepts.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in handling multiple PEB projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of material optimization and BOM preparation.
• Familiarity with EPC / industrial PEB projects.
• Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
