Job Title: Stay Ambassador

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai, India

Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000/month + Incentives (No upper limit) + Travel Allowance


About the Role

Are you an extrovert who loves meeting new people, making connections, and creating memorable experiences? Do you enjoy being the go-to person for hospitality and guest engagement? If yes, then this role is for you!


As a Stay Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout their stay. Your role will be a mix of operations, customer service, and brand representation, making every guest’s experience exceptional.


Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Engagement & Rapport Building: Welcome guests warmly, build relationships, and ensure they have a great experience.
  • Pre-arrival Inspections: Conduct checks to ensure apartments meet housekeeping and maintenance standards before guest arrival.
  • Personalised Guest Communication: Make an introductory call to guests, explain house rules, provide check-in guidance, and share local recommendations.
  • Check-in & Onboarding: Ensure the lock code is shared only after guest registration is complete and the deposit is paid.
  • Local Recommendations: Suggest the best coffee shops, restaurants, and interesting places to visit.
  • Guided Experiences: In some cases, personally take guests out to show them around and help them explore the area.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, coordinate with the Board Line team, and address issues swiftly.
  • Brand Representation: Operate as a TBHC ambassador, ensuring high guest satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Feedback Collection & Improvement: Gather guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the guest experience.


What We’re Looking For

  • Personality: A fun-loving, outgoing, and friendly individual who enjoys social interactions.
  • Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Mindset: Someone who is proactive, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work in a dynamic environment with flexible work hours. (No late/night shifts)
  • Transport: Having a 2 Wheeler of your own lets you Zip Zap Zoom between properties to coordinate efficiently. (Not Mandatory)
