Job description (Salary 13 to 14 Thousand + Incentives + Allowance) About the role: Are you an extrovert who loves meeting new people, making connections, and creating memorable experiences? As a Stay Ambassador , you will be the face of our brand Stay Monkey , ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout their stay. Your role will be a mix of operations, customer service, and brand representation, making every guest’s experience exceptional. Location: Candidates residing in Khandala to Talegaon & having their own 2 wheeler will be preferred. Key responsibilities: Guest Engagement & Rapport Building: Welcome guests warmly, build relationships, and ensure they have a great experience. Pre-arrival Inspections: Conduct checks to ensure apartments meet housekeeping and maintenance standards before guest arrival. Personalized Guest Communication: Make an introductory call to guests, explain house rules, provide check-in guidance, and share local recommendations. Check-in & Onboarding: Ensure the lock code is shared only after guest registration is complete and the deposit is paid. Local Recommendations: Suggest the best coffee shops, restaurants, and interesting places to visit. Guided Experiences: In some cases, personally take guests out to show them around and help them explore the area. Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, coordinate with the Board Line team, and address issues swiftly. Brand Representation: Operate as a Stay Monkey ambassador, ensuring high guest satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth marketing. Feedback Collection & Improvement: Gather guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the guest experience. What we’re looking for: Personality: A fun-loving, outgoing, and friendly individual who enjoys social interactions. Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Mindset: Someone who is proactive, energetic, and passionate about hospitality. Flexibility: Willing to work in a dynamic environment with flexible work hours. (No late/night shifts) Transport: Having a 2 Wheeler of you own lets you Zip Zap Zoom between properties to coordinate efficiently. πŸ”„ Operations Manager – Customer Support (Rotational Shifts) Location: Bandra West, Mumbai Salary: β‚Ή40,000 – β‚Ή60,000/month Vacancies: 1 Position Shift Type: Rotational (Day/Night), 6 days/week 🏒 About Skill Nitro: We manage communication for premium hospitality stays (Airbnb, service apartments) across Mumbai. Our call center currently supports 10 seats across guest bookings, queries, and support. πŸ› οΈ What you’ll do: Team Management: Managing Call Centre operations of the front-end and the backend teams KPI Delivery: Monitoring team Performance, Productivity, and Qualitative / Quantitative metrics like Service Level, AHT, NPS, Call quality, etc. Daily Ops Execution: Responsible for working with tools and bringing enhancements to increase upfront resolutions (FCR) Rosters & Reporting: Maintain daily shift rosters, man-hour tracking, and basic performance reports. Escalation Handling: Address guest escalations during the shift and coordinate with other shift managers for handover. Process Adherence: Should be able to ensure customer service tickets are solved within TAT Review & Ratings: Responsible for the increase in C-SAT & propose ways to tech teams to bring automations in the process. Negative Reviews: Responsible for end-to-end customer contact processes and associated customer experience Training & Quality: Should be well-versed with Call Centre Training & making Quality processes βœ… You should have Call Centre operations Team Management Performance Management Basic CRM knowledge Quality assurance Roster & Shrinkage Management Proficient in MS Office tools - Excel & PPT 2 – 4 years of experience in BPO Operations / Shift Management / Customer Support. Prior experience handling a small team (3–5 agents minimum). Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
