We’re looking for dynamic State Managers who can build and grow our presence through distributors, dealers, and retailers.

💼 Your Role

As a State Sales & Distribution Manager, you will:

Appoint and develop distributors, dealers, and stockists across your state

Drive sales through FMCG, general trade, auto accessory, and modern retail channels

Ensure state-wide retail coverage and product availability

Execute sales promotions, retailer meets, and local marketing initiatives

Track sales, collections, and market feedback regularly

Build a motivated field sales team as the network grows

🎯 What We’re Looking For

5–10 years’ experience in FMCG / Auto Accessories / Housekeeping / Consumer Goods sales

Proven success in appointing distributors and achieving targets

Excellent networking and negotiation skills

Strong execution mindset — 70% field role
