State Lead - Logistics

As a Logistics Operations Manager at our company, your role is to lead and optimize logistics operations for a cluster of bioenergy plants. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of feedstock and biofuels across the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage inbound & outbound Movements - Work towards Value Maximization, Cost Optimization & Freight Finalization - Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory flow - Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams - Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards - Develop and implement logistics strategies - Manage vendor relationships and logistics contracts **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field - 10-15 years of experience in logistics, preferably in energy/biofuels - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Please note that the job location for this position is in Navsari GJ | Akola, Yavatmal, Nanded, MH | Surathgarh, Jind, RJ | Jhajjar, Hissar, HR.,
