Key Responsibilities:
Lead operations, team performance, and P&L.
Build and manage operator supply, agent/tout network, and local travel channels.
Oversee boarding, ticket sales, and field operations.
Identify growth opportunities and optimize ground execution.
Profile:
Recruit and train ground staff and captains.
Build a high-integrity, process-driven team.
