Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:
Identify and target potential customers in the region, particularly distributors of anchor clients, to expand the SCF portfolio.
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financing needs and provide Channel Finance limits.
Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed business targets and KPIs.
SCF Limit Provisioning:
Collaborate with credit operations and anchor clients to evaluate and set SCF limits for distributors, ensuring thorough risk assessment and compliance with company policies.
Transaction Coordination:
Coordinate with credit operations to facilitate smooth transaction processes for customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Issue Resolution:
Proactively resolve customer issues and escalations, working closely with relevant internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess progress against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Market Insights:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences, leveraging this information to enhance service delivery.
