About the team: QR/Soundbox team is one of the biggest business and payments vertica in the organization that is focused on merchant acquisition, merchant retention and growth of merchants in India. About the roe: Paytm is ooking for an experienced saes professiona & peope manager to be a part of the QR & Sound Box vertica. Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations. 2. Visibiity & accountabiity through extensive QR & Sound box depoyment and sae of the product . 3. Identify and recruit the saes team to aign and drive business in the market. 4. Pan the market size, span and geographies for ASMs . 5. Devise best methods for communication of pans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs deivery gap. 6. Monitor the quaity parameters as suggested by the management. 7. Vaidate and conduct audits on the acquisitions and saes done by the team. 8. Peope manage a arge team of 5-10 ASMs & 200+ indirect empoyees. 9. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication cuture. 10. Need to drive swiping device saes in the assigned area. 11. Resoving merchant queries 12. Drive overa engage merchant base 13. Capabe of hiring and buiding team 14. Set cear team goas Superpowers/ Skis that wi hep you succeed in this roe 1. Must have high eve drive, initiative and sef - motivation. 2. Shoud have team handing experience. 3. Identify and meet potentia cients by growing, maintaining and everaging your network. 4. Shoud have good exposure in cod caing, pre saes and ead generation. 5. Shoud be a graduate. 6. Shoud possess good communication and negotiation skis. Education - Graduation or Post-graduation
