Job Description

As the State Head, your role will involve setting up a team of marketing professionals and overseeing their business activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Educating, updating, establishing sales protocol, and supervising the sales team. - Monitoring and following up on daily call lists for each team member, taking responsibility for the team's business. - Conducting team meetings and fostering corporate tie-ups. - Leading and coordinating regional sales functions and developing strategies for selling Electrical & Electronic goods. - Identifying and developing new customers, analyzing the effectiveness of sales strategies, and managing sales budgets. - Planning and coordinating public affairs, communication efforts, distributor events, and marketing programs. - Developing manpower plans, training the field force, and directing distributors and sales force to achieve sales targets. - Managing major distributor accounts, participating in the development of new project proposals, and establishing short- and long-range goals and policies. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field as an ASM. Additionally, the following qualifications and skills are required: Qualifications: - Any graduate in Any specialization Desired Candidate Profile: - Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. - Professional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and facilitate group meetings. - Strong initiative, planning, organizing, and negotiation skills. - Creativity, leadership, and customer orientation. - Analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Attention to detail, positive attitude, and flexibility in working hours. If you can join immediately, you will be given preference for this role. You will report directly to the Sales Head of the company. Your expertise in B2B sales, dealing with dealers and distributors, and sales management will play a crucial role in driving the overall business growth of the organization.,
