The Opportunity We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and scrappy State Head who’s excited to lead regional growth at a fast-scaling AgriTech startup that’s transforming the lives of smallholder farmers in India. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will take full ownership of a state’s performance—building and managing high-performing teams, solving operational challenges, and delivering an exceptional experience to every farmer we serve. Job Type: Full Time Location: Odisha Reporting to: Head of Operations Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales, installation, and service teams. Own the regional P&L—ensure pricing, CAC, service, and operational costs align with budget. Deliver 100% customer satisfaction and meet all Farmer Success and NPS targets. Manage relationships with partners after getting handover from partner success managers to drive operations smoothly. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders for cross-functional success. Work closely with the leadership team to come up with effective strategies to achieve organizational goals. As a State Head, you will be at the frontline of transforming smallholder farmers’ lives—leading large teams, managing operations end-to-end, and making tough, smart decisions to scale impact sustainably.
