Background:

Post Grad / MBA in any discipline who have 8-10 years of experience in specialized farm machines (Tractors /Sprayers, Transplanters, Weeders, Reapers, Pumps, etc) Handled channel sales through company franchisees/dealers & Key Account Handling of large farmers with direct sales target

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Formulate business plan for Farm Business Rental / Input / Output / Linkages
• Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee business plans and budgets
• Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary
• Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes
• Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training intervention
• Assist Regional franchisee manager in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
• Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns. Enforce correct use of all supporting elements i.e. point of sale, premiums etc.
• Planning, Monitoring and Supervising the work of company owned franchisee operated machinery
• Support regional franchise manager in growing companys reach through development of new franchisees
• Lead national marketing initiatives, demos, etc to promote companys offerings
• Drive product strategy and define product roadmap through careful analysis of customer requirements, market and technology trends and competition.• Maintain constant surveillance and awareness of the market and effectively identify customer needs and trends.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of proposed products relative to the competition and anticipate competitive responses.
• Effectively coordinates and manages the launch of a new product.
• Responsible for carrying out integrations with the third party products and service offerings of partners identified, by acting as a bridge between the partners and the company
• Lead Primary or Secondary research on various aspects of the product including product capability, source databases or sources of data as required from time to time
• Build hypotheses and validate them based on data, user surveys, and or by running small experiments quickly.

Have driven user research and usability studies in the past and are ready to dive into existing app usage data to back hypothesis for development on these platforms
• Great interpersonal communication, both written and verbal. Will be interacting regularly with our customers across the world, our sales team, managers and engineers.
