Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Startup Generalist Intern, located in Delhi, India. The role involves supporting various tasks across business development, market research, operational activities, and project management. Daily responsibilities may include conducting research, creating presentations, gathering data to derive actionable insights, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to the growth of startup ventures. The selected candidate will work closely with the core team, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of building and supporting startups in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in market research, data collection, and analysis
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt to new challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of business and marketing strategies
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
• Prior experience or interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or venture building is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to innovative projects
