RFQ Preparation for New die sets along with Should Cost
Simulation Feasibility & tooling process optimization
2D & 3D Process Layout check & validation feedback to supplier
Design check in CATIA & give feedback to supplier close all issue
Pattern & Casting validation
Machining & Assembly follow up to get 1st panel to gauge & meet project timeline
Weekly conduct meeting along with supplier to achieve project schedule
Pre & Final die buy off @ die maker end & close all poEXTs before shipping the die
ECR Feasibility check & provide should cost , Follow up implementation with supplier & validate vehicle condition
HLTO - follow up &,close all fit & finish issue before PSW
Document prepartion for derogation
Quality aspect & Pist % achieve plan detail action plan along with supplier
Yield Optimization during tryout phase before handover of tooling
Hands on experience in skin panel dies.
Cost saving activities Yield improvement , thickness reduction or grade change
Review and approve Supplier PPAP packages, understanding Level 3 submission PPAP requirements
Utilize the tools of APQP (PPAP, FMEAs, control plans, capability studies)
Develop project timelines for APQP projects and ensure successful adherence to the schedule.
