Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
site suitability assessments
for wind farm projects, including terrain and wind resource analysis.
Perform
load assessment studies
to ensure structural integrity and turbine compatibility.
Utilize software tools such as
WindPRO
and
WAsP
for wind resource modeling and
Annual Energy Yield (AEY)
calculations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical inputs during project development and turbine selection.
Ensure compliance with
IEC 61400 standards
, particularly for
power curve testing
and performance validation.
Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in site assessment methodologies and tools.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
wind resource assessment
and
site suitability analysis
.
Hands-on experience with
WindPRO
,
WAsP
, and other wind modeling tools.
Expertise in
Annual Energy Yield estimation
and
load assessment
.
Familiarity with
IEC 61400 standards
for power curve testing and turbine performance.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
