Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Corporate Communications professional
who is creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, develop strategic communication solutions, and contribute to enhancing both external and internal messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a wide range of communication initiatives supporting external and internal branding efforts.
- Design and implement comprehensive employer branding campaigns to attract top talent and position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Develop and manage employee advocacy programs to amplify the employer brand through authentic employee storytelling across suitable channels.
- Partner with branding and design vendors to align with organizational branding goals and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and participate in sponsorships and events aligned with strategic branding objectives.
- Organize internal and external events, ensuring materials and branding assets reflect the overall branding strategy.
- Create compelling content for external branding initiatives, including campus branding, leadership communications, newsletters, press releases, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Support internal communication efforts, ensuring consistency across messages and communication touchpoints.
- Write, edit, and review business proposals, reports, and other complex communication assets.
Must-Haves
- 7–12 years of experience in Corporate Communications, with a strong focus on External Communications and Branding.
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment is required.
- Proven expertise in developing corporate communication strategies for external events, leadership talks, public relations, employer branding, campus branding, and sponsorships.
- Currently operating at a Lead or Manager level.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated job stability (minimum of 2 years in each organization).
- No education or employment gaps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic graphic design.
- Background in communications, public relations, journalism, or related fields (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree).

- The position is based in Hyderabad.
