Job Description

Drive and deliver design strategies, frameworks, principles, and designs on a broad range of projects to accelerate large initiatives.
Work on scalable platform solutions with velocity and rigor by leveraging and contributing to our Intuit design system.
Lead delivery of high-level frameworks for understanding the problem space, detailed design specs for end-to-end initiatives, and ideal state prototypes.
Translate complex tax concepts into simple, accessible, and engaging experiences.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance member needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Provide mentorship and thought leadership within the team, cultivating a culture of high velocity, a bias for action, experimentation, and shared learnings.
