Key Responsibilities: - Leading Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects which involve project management, team coordination, and client interaction. - Demonstrated experience in executing at least one full Identity and Access Management (IAM) Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project. This includes tasks such as requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. - Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) architecture encompassing design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and implementation. - Hands-on experience in configuring source systems, identity profiles, rule development, workflow setup, Just-in-Time (JML) process, certification, and password synchronization. - Expertise in the onboarding process for Active Directory (AD), JDBC, and web service applications into the IDN platform. - Familiarity with deploying virtual appliances, understanding various virtual appliance architectures, implementing rules in cloud environments, configuring high availability/disaster recovery setups. - Configuration and deployment of IQService across cloud and on-premises environments. - Possession of professional IT certifications will be considered advantageous. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team and with clients.
