As a SailPoint expert, you will lead Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects by overseeing project management, team coordination, and client interactions. Additionally, you should be well-versed in deploying virtual appliances, understanding various Virtual Appliance (VA) architectures, configuring High Availability and Disaster Recovery setups, and deploying rules in cloud environments. While professional IT certifications are advantageous, strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration. Previous exposure to other Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as SailPoint and Saviynt is preferred, enhancing your proficiency in this domain. You should have a strong background in implementing IAM SDLC engagements projects, having led at least one complete project. This involves activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support. Your experience in SailPoint IDN architecture will be crucial for this role. You should have hands-on experience in design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment within the SailPoint IDN framework. Additionally, you must be proficient in source/Identity profile configuration, transform/rule development, workflow configuration, JML process, certification, and Password sync. Experience in onboarding AD, JDBC, and web service applications to IDN is required. You should also have expertise in the deployment of virtual appliances, understanding different VA architectures, deploying rules in the cloud/VA, and configuring high availability/DR setups.
