As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Remote Staff Data Scientist to enhance our capabilities in the LLM for Insights and contribute to our mission of transforming data into actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of state-of-the-art language models using transformer architectures and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Conduct research and experimentation to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into practical solutions for diverse business challenges.
• Utilize advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and evaluate their applicability to ongoing projects.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Present findings and progress to stakeholders, translating complex technical details into actionable business insights.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or AI research, with a focus on language modeling and reinforcement learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Demonstrated experience with transformer models and NLP techniques.
• Solid understanding of reinforcement learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Publications in relevant AI/ML conferences or journals.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for deploying AI models.
• Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI principles.
• Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across teams.
