Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced language models using transformer architectures.
• Apply reinforcement learning techniques to improve the performance and efficiency of AI models.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to design and optimize AI solutions.
• Contribute to the entire model development lifecycle, from research and experimentation to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing AI models and architectures for enhanced performance.
• Stay updated on the latest AI research and technologies, incorporating them into KYFEX's solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for various AI projects.
• Document development processes, model architectures, and evaluation metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
• Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI development, such as Python.
• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and language modeling.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of reinforcement learning techniques.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and understanding of NLP data preprocessing techniques.
• Proficiency in working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for AI development and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
