Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Staff Accountant based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additional tasks include budgeting, assisting in audit processes, and supporting the finance team in various accounting duties.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books), GST filing, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and audit support
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
