Staff Accountant

You will be responsible for closing books of accounts, general ledger entries, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Your duties will include using accounting software for accounting purposes, meeting tight deadlines, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, Excel skills, management report preparation, intercompany balance reconciliation, month-end closing reconciliation files, monthly billing, analyzing open items, and contacting respective departments. Experience in a Shared Service organization will be an asset. As the US Accounting Executive, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, strong work ethic, commitment to high standards, ability to identify process improvement opportunities, efficiency, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
