Location-based (Trivandrum, Kerala)

Tenure: 1 year contract.

As an Interior Architect/Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and detailing interior spaces that are not only aesthetically engaging but also functionally efficient. Your role will bridge the gap between architecture and interior design, ensuring spatial planning, material selection, detailing, and execution align with the architectural vision and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts from schematic to execution stages.
• Space planning based on programmatic and ergonomic requirements.
• Prepare and detail interior architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
• Selection and specification of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and execution process.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity, quality, and timely execution.
• Create mood boards, presentations, and 3D visualizations for client communication.

Key Skills:

• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop
• Knowledge of construction techniques and interior detailing and fit out.
• Material knowledge and ability to work within given budgets and timelines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design
