Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven
Creative Multi-Designer
who can deliver high-quality advertising materials on time — including graphics, motion videos, and UI/UX creatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid media platforms and be capable of translating marketing objectives into impactful visual assets that drive conversion.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Advertising Creative Production
- Design and produce static and motion creatives for paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Quickly deliver multiple ad versions for A/B testing and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visuals align with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Video & Motion Design
- Create engaging short-form ad videos, motion graphics, and dynamic banners optimized for paid performance.
- Participate in script development and storyboard creation; handle basic video editing, animation, and sound syncing.
- Stay updated with creative trends and platform best practices to enhance ad engagement and retention.
- UI/UX & Landing Page Design
- Design visually appealing and conversion-focused landing pages, promotional banners, and app visuals.
- Work closely with marketing and tech teams to improve user journey and optimize conversion funnels.
- Maintain consistency with the brand's global design system and creative guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with growth, marketing, and regional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising design (experience in finance, trading, gaming, or e-commerce industry preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma.
- Strong visual sense with a good understanding of composition, typography, and color.
- Familiar with advertising performance metrics (CTR, CVR, etc.) and able to optimize creatives accordingly.
- Fast execution, strong time management, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Good command of English and cross-cultural communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working on paid ads for international markets (India,MENA, SEA, or Europe).
- 3D design or animation experience.
- Familiarity with multilingual design localization.
- Background in fintech, trading, or technology branding is a plus.
