Monitor and evaluate maintenance performance metrics and implement improvements for better equipment reliability.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools to support effective repair and maintenance operations.
Participate in budgeting and cost control activities related to the electrical and automation maintenance section.
Prepare and maintain documentation including maintenance reports, work orders, and compliance records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing automation upgrades or system enhancements.
