Roles and Responsibilities Manage breakdown maintenance activities, including CNC machines, VMCs, HVAC equipment, DG sets, and other plant machinery. Oversee electrical maintenance tasks such as preventive maintenance on UPS systems and utility panels. Ensure effective utilization of resources through efficient use of manpower and minimizing downtime due to mechanical failures. Coordinate with vendors for repair services when required. Implement preventive measures to reduce MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) by performing regular inspections and repairs. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in die-casting industry or similar field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Automobile/Electrical). Strong knowledge of CNC maintenance, machine shop maintenance, mechanical maintenance practices. Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance techniques using tools like PM software.
