Job Title: Sr.Manager – Warehouse

Experience: - 15 yrs and above

Work Experience: Should have worked in Manufacturing or Garment Industry.

Location: Tirupur

Qualification & Experience : Any Graduate with good work experience in Warehouse Management activities of minimum 15 yrs

Job Summary:

• Ensure Supply rate of 99 % by undertaking various activities.
• Maintain receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program and procedures.
• Complies with state and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Complies for on time dispatch on all orders
• Complies for 100 % error free dispatch of all orders
• Rich experience in 5s, Lean implementation, process improvement & cost savings.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Rich experience in Warehouse automation projects.
