Presales and Business Development professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their technical and business requirements
• Design customized IT Infrastructure, DC ,DR and Telecom solutions that align with client needs
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
• Drive new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and market intelligence
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with well-structured and technically sound proposals
• Support the sales team in technical discussions, demos, and negotiations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Solid experience in presales, solution design, or technical consulting roles
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, telecom systems, or enterprise technology solutions
• Proven track record in crafting successful proposals and winning complex projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder expectations
• Experience with business development or client-facing roles is a strong plus
