Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • End to End Recruitment:

    Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing:

    Proactively identify and source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews:

    Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Offer Management:

    Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Employee Records & Documentation:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:

    Assist in developing, updating, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Assist with initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention, including conducting surveys and feedback sessions.
