Job Description

He/She will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organisation s Performance Management System and Compensation strategy. The role involves developing frameworks that drive meritocracy, reward high performance, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. The incumbent will play a lead role in aligning PMS and compensation practices with business objectives to attract, retain, and motivate talent in a dynamic environment.

Education:

Experience:


  • The candidate should have min 10 years of experience in HR of which a min of 2-3 years of experience should be in PMS and Compensation management.

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing PMS frameworks and compensation strategies.

  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge:


  • In-depth understanding of PMS methodologies, compensation structures, and market benchmarking.

  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms and analytics tools.

  • Awareness of regulatory compliance related to compensation.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to design innovative PMS and compensation solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in HR systems and data-driven decision-making.



  • Design and implement a robust Performance Management System aligned with organisational goals.

  • Drive annual performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations.

  • Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and pay ranges based on market benchmarks.

  • Conduct job evaluations and ensure internal equity across roles and grades.

  • Manage annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentives.

  • Partner with business leaders to ensure PMS and compensation practices support talent development and succession planning.

  • Analyse compensation trends and provide insights for competitive positioning.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal governance standards.

  • Implement technology solutions for PMS and compensation management to enhance efficiency and transparency.

  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on performance and compensation analytics.

  • Manage PMS and compensation budgets effectively to optimise costs and returns.
