Role & responsibilities 1. *Loan Repayment Management*: Oversee the loan repayment process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. 2. *Customer Service*: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to loan repayment. 3. *Team Management*: Lead and manage a team of loan servicing professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance. 4. *Process Improvement*: Continuously review and improve loan repayment processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction. 5. *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures related to loan repayment. 6. *Risk Management*: Identify and mitigate risks related to loan repayment, such as delinquencies and defaults. 7. *Reporting and Analytics*: Prepare and analyze reports on NACH registration & loan presentation providing insights to all stakeholders. 8. *Collaboration*: Work closely with other departments, such as credit risk, collections, and customer service, to ensure seamless loan repayment processes.
