Sr.Manager/ AGM - Pharma - Nutraceuticals - IBD - CIS & Russia Market.

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate will be based at Mumbai and responsible for Business Development and sales &marketing of Nutraceutical Ingredients/Premixes Business covering CIS Countries & Russia

market.

• Candidate will be responsible for B2B and B2C sales & marketing of nuraceutical ingredients

and premix business in CIS & Russia market.

• Create impact full communication and Campaign to build brand and therapies in the division

for CIS & Russia market.

• Candidate will Research new opportunities and manage the companys entry and development

strategy

• You will be responsible for planning and implementing budgets preparing marketing plan and

budget pricing policy in product development and achieving market. objective of the territory.

• Candidate will responsible to promote the companys products/services addressing or

predicting clients objectives

• You will train force and coach guide and developed the brand managers group brand

managers in his/ her team and analyse market conditions and forecast Sales and Market

share.

• Candidate will be arranging business development meetings with prospective clients

• You will work effectively with creative Agencies as partners to develop differentiated and

impact full brand campaigns.

• Candidate have to travel to countries for Business developmental activities and candidate

should know Russian Language.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be qualified as a B Pharma or B.Sc. and MBA in marketing 10 to 15 years

business development and sales & marketing of Nutraceiticals Ingredients/Premixes Business

covering CIS Countries & Russia market.

• Candidate will be responsible for B2B and B2C sales & marketing of Nuraceutical ingredients

and premix business in CIS & Russia market.

• You should be good in preparing budgeting pricing policy and preparing marketing plans.

• You should be also good in preparing and implementing strategies making presentation and

periodic reports

• You will coordinate with Medical and self-team for launching new products.

• You should have good experience and functional and technical knowledge on therapy areas

home and other division.
