Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Manager based in Puri. The Senior HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, compliance audits, and accident investigations. The role involves providing training and awareness programs, coordinating with various departments for HSE compliance, and ensuring adherence to local and international safety regulations. The Senior HSE Manager will also be responsible for continuous improvement of HSE performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and compliance audits
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
• Ability to manage and mitigate HSE risks effectively
• A bachelor’s degree in safety management, environmental science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH or similar qualifications are beneficial
• Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
