Key performance index Spares management & after sales support at Pan India level . Service Operations @ Branch Level Authorize service centre billing activity. Spare availability to PAN India, maintain MSL. Spares Management knowledge & CRM knowledge. Material code creation_ SAP MM. Key Goals and Related Activities/ Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of customer service needs and allocate spares to appropriate service providers through SAP & B2B. Oversee all Spares & service backend operations across India (PAN India). Manage Service Center bill clearance, verification, PR, PO clearance, Pending complaints, Spare parts requests, Spare parts billing, Inward of defective spare parts and claims of the Service centre. Provide timely solutions to Service Centers, Distributors, and Sales teams regarding SAP, DCF, and other defective or fresh material issues. Resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Ensure seamless delivery of necessary services to customers and follow up to address ongoing service needs. Qualification & Competency Knowledge, Skills. BE, Diploma or Any graduate, Minimum 5-8 years experience in the service industry, spare part management, SAP , Inventory , warehouse, an expert in Excel. Excellent Interpersonal Relationships skills, Effective Communicator.
