Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in the Hi-Tech domain specializing in Generative AI and Python3. The role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on innovative solutions that drive technological advancements. The candidate will contribute to impactful projects that align with our companys mission to enhance societal progress through technology.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced solutions using Generative AI and Python3 to meet project requirements and enhance product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize algorithms that improve system performance and user experience.
Analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions that align with industry best practices.
Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to coding standards and conducting regular code reviews.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Optimize existing systems and applications to enhance performance scalability and reliability.
Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and effective communication with team members.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and reliability before deployment.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards to improve overall project efficiency and quality.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to maintain a high level of expertise in Generative AI and Python3.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Generative AI techniques and their practical applications in the Hi-Tech domain.
Demonstrate proficiency in Python3 with the ability to write clean efficient and well-documented code.
Have experience in working within a hybrid work model effectively managing time and resources.
Show a track record of successful project delivery in a collaborative team environment.
