Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS IoT Full Stack and AWS IoT. Experience in Smart Grid Operations is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain AWS IoT Full Stack applications to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Oversee the implementation of AWS IoT solutions to optimize performance and scalability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AWS IoT applications to ensure minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative IoT solutions. Ensure all IoT applications adhere to industry standards and best practices for security and performance. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IoT technology to incorporate into projects. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of IoT applications. Document all development processes and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize existing IoT solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Qualifications Must have strong experience in AWS IoT Full Stack and AWS IoT. Nice to have experience in Smart Grid Operations. Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Must be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Must have a proven track record of successfully delivering IoT projects on time and within budget. Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Must have a strong understanding of IoT security best practices. Must be proficient in developing and executing test plans for IoT applications. Must have experience with agile development methodologies. Must be able to mentor and guide junior developers. Must have excellent documentation skills.
