Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & BIM Management

Lead the creation and management of architectural BIM models from concept to construction documentation.
Ensure models are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements and design intent.
Manage LOD (Level of Development) for architectural models across different project stages.
Extract drawings, schedules, and construction documents directly from BIM models.

Project Coordination & Collaboration

Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and other consultant models.
Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using tools like Navisworks/Solibri.
Support project managers and architects in delivering coordinated digital design outputs.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet BIM deliverables.

Standards, Quality & Compliance

Implement and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and workflows (ISO 19650, company templates).
Conduct quality checks and model audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and client requirements in BIM deliverables.

Leadership & Mentorship

Supervise and mentor BIM modelers/junior architects in model development.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on BIM tools (Revit, BIM 360, Dynamo, etc.).
Act as the architectural BIM lead, supporting digital transformation within the design team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
