Role & responsibilities

You shall be responsible for executing market research and consulting assignments/projects

Take complete end-to-end responsibility for publishing the assigned market/Industry research report while ensuring the quality of MnMs guidelines and compliances

Decide upon the market studies/topics to be researched

Finalise Table of contents/scope/structure of the market research studies.

Conduct primary and secondary research

Estimate market sizes and forecasting

Ensure the saleability of reports and contribute to the teams revenue by supporting sales through client proposals, analyst queries, and ad hoc initiatives.

Contribute to thought leadership by creating whitepapers, blog articles, and info graphics

Shall lead the team towards enhanced performance and throughput.

Review the deliverables submitted by your subordinates.

Perform weekly reviews of your subordinates.

Develop your subordinates in conducting primary and secondary research

Maintain project plan to deliver the report timely

Work in tandem with the research manager and follow the table of contents to complete the in-depth market assessment for individual MICRO and MACRO markets.

Will be responsible for delivering TWO market research reports each month in association with two Junior market research associates.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3.5 - 7.5 years of experience in research and consulting industry only(syndicate-focused)
• Hands on experience of syndicate research reports in at least one of the mentioned domains - a must(automotive, aerospace, defense , Healthcare)
• Market estimation or sizing experience is must
• Strong business acumen and number-crunching skills
• Proven ability to extract actionable insights from data
• Experience with forecasting, market analytics, and competitive intelligence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
