Role Summary:

We seek an experienced Process Excellence professional to lead a team of specialists and drive strategic transformation initiatives. The role demands expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, and process automation, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable operational improvements. Strong leadership and the ability to embed a culture of continuous improvement across functions are essential. This position also offers the opportunity to shape Process Excellence as a core capability and build a foundation for future growth and leadership across projects.

Associate/ Senior Associate _ Process Excellence _Managed Services Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

Project Execution

  • Gain a deep understanding of client workflows related to data curation, acquisition, and data annotation.
  • Identify inefficiencies and design process improvement initiatives in collaboration with vendors.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Develop actionable solutions and present innovative ideas to optimize vendor-driven processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to build process awareness across teams.

Client Interaction

  • Act as a strategic partner to the client, providing insights and recommendations for process optimization.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand priorities and co-create transformation roadmaps.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Influence decision-making by presenting data-backed solutions and demonstrating measurable impact.

Process & Performance Management

  • Map current processes (“As-Is”) and design optimized workflows (“To-Be”) for vendor-managed operations.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Establish governance frameworks for process standardization and compliance.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, predict bottlenecks, and sustain improvements.
  • Recommend automation opportunities and scalable solutions to enhance productivity and reduce turnaround time.

Mandatory skill sets:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Google tools, including G-Suite and visualization tools.
  • Advanced presentation skills with ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
  • Strong understanding of vendor based outsourced business processes, particularly in areas of data collection, annotation & curation
  • Experience in process documentation and SOP writing
  • Familiarity with SLA tracking and reporting
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement

Preferred skill sets:

Preferred

  • Experience in driving process efficiency.
  • Exposure to process automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams

Good-to-have skills:

  • Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 etc.)
  • Change Management Expertise (Prosci or similar frameworks)
  • Basic SQL and Database Querying Skills
  • Exposure to Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modeling (Using Python, R, or similar tools)

Years of experience required:

1-8 years of experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or a related domain with client facing experience

Education qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any field. Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
