We are seeking a hands-on HR professional to serve as the TQM Promotion Office for HR, leading the transformation of HR processes at DICV through Total Quality Management (TQM) and Hoshin Kanri (X-Matrix) methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Deming TQM Award-winning organization, with exposure to both Plant and Corporate HR practices, and a strong understanding of how to apply TQM principles in an HR and IT landscape. This role will also be responsible for conducting process audits, designing lean, employee experience-oriented workflows, and ensuring strategic alignment through Hoshin planning. The candidate must demonstrate strong functional expertise and the ability to lead effective change management by understanding behaviors and implementing changes in a humanistic, inspiring, and role-modeling manner.

Champion the TQM Way of Execution and Implementation within HR as the designated TQM Promotion Office.

  • - Lead the Hoshin Kanri (X-Matrix) planning process for HR, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational execution.
  • - Map and document the entire HR lifecycle from a process and stakeholder perspective, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • - Reengineer HR processes to enhance efficiency, logic, and employee experience, while constructively challenging the status quo.
  • - Translate HR processes into IT-enabled workflows, collaborating with digital and systems teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • - Conduct regular process audits to assess compliance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • - Design and implement lean, employee-centric workflows that simplify HR operations while enhancing service delivery.
  • - Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather insights, drive consensus, and build process ownership.
  • - Apply TQM tools and techniques to HR domains such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • - Lead change management initiatives by understanding behavioral dynamics and implementing changes in a humanistic and inspiring manner.
