Sr. Wealth Relationship Manager (Branch Banking)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the PCARM team for the cluster. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan including marketing activities to help the team in acquiring Premium new to bank customers. Your role will involve recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Branch Banking. Additionally, you will be expected to build a strong team through hiring the right candidates from Competition banks as per the prescribed hiring process. You will also be responsible for achieving NTB, balances, fee income, and Revenue targets on CA, TFX, WCF, and Debit cards. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve growth and sales targets by managing the PCARM team effectively - Design and implement strategic sales plans for acquiring Premium new to bank customers - Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of Branch Banking - Build a strong team through hiring the right candidates - Achieve NTB, balances, fee income, and Revenue targets on CA, TFX, WCF, and Debit cards Qualification Required: - MBA/Post-Graduate/Graduate qualification - Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team management role in the Financial services Industry Additional Details: The company expects you to have a good understanding of banking products like CA, TFX, WCF, Retail Assets, and effective management skills to monitor and track the performance of the sales team.
